Eligibility - Customers must be seeking to complete a residential real estate (including; primary, secondary, recreational, investment properties) transaction in Canada.
- The customer's name must appear on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- The customer who requests a real estate agent must have the same name as an active Aeroplan account.
- Customers cannot already have an existing agreement with a real estate agent for the requested transaction.
- Customers involved in a government relocation where the move is part of the Integrated Relocation Program, Department of Defence, and other Government departments are not eligible for the Aeromove real estate agent referral service.
- Customers involved in a corporate relocation where the relocation services company has been or will be assigned to assist in the provision of service are not eligible for the Aeromove real estate agent referral Service.
